How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  For all returns : > Contact us WITHIN 5 working days of receiving the goods. We can track all packages and delivery dates. If you contact us after after 5 working days, we cannot provide a refund. > Please do not open or remove the item from it's original packaging. We do not sell second hand goods. If you open the packaging, the goods are classified as second hand and we cannot provide a refund. > Send an email to : [email protected] and include the word RETURN and your order number in the email title. Include your order details and reason for return in the message to us. > Our service team will reply back and provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number and advise correct mailing address. Note that products are shipped out from any of our two warehouse locations so you need to know which address to ship the item back to. Sending a package back without obtaining an RA number could potentially result in additional charges. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number from us first. > When shipping the product back to us, you must ship it with a tracking number and request for a signature on delivery. This is for your own benefit. If you are unable to track a package or prove that it was delivered to our given warehouse, we cannot give you a refund. Product must be received back by our warehouse within 20 days of delivery to you. > Please email your tracking number to : [email protected] > When our warehouse confirms the item has been received in it's original packaging without having been opened and without any damages, we will refund the full cost of the item (less original shipping costs and a return handling fees) back onto your credit card used for the purchase. We will send you a confirmation email. > Purchases of respiratory masks, hand sanitizers or other hygiene products are NOT returnable for safety reasons. Handling fees: Stretchers Under $200, there is a return handling fee of $6.95 Stretchers over $200, there is a return handling fee of $20.00 Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item: Email: [email protected]
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
